Socialitz is a web application. Nothing is shipped, because there is nothing physical to ship.
How the service is delivered
Access is online at app.socialitz.com, from any modern browser, as soon as you sign in. There is nothing to install.
When a paid plan starts
The moment Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. Billing shows the active plan and the invoice.
When your posts are delivered
A photo is prepared in seconds and a one-minute video in about a minute. Publishing happens when you press publish or at the time you scheduled; each network then takes seconds to a few minutes to show the post.
