Terms of service

Effective 17 September 2026 · Grandfield Media Private Limited, Hyderabad, India

These terms are between you and Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”), which runs Socialitz at socialitz.com and app.socialitz.com. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; what happens under your sign-in is yours.

2. Plans

Free, Starter and Pro are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and are the whole amount. Limits (uploads a month, connected accounts, video length) are shown on the pricing page and under Billing.

3. Your content

Everything you upload stays yours. You give us only the licence needed to store it, make the versions you asked for, and publish them to the accounts you connected. You confirm you have the rights to post what you upload, including music, faces and brands in it.

4. Publishing on your behalf

We publish only what you approve, or, if you switch on auto-publish, what we prepared under your brand settings. Each network has its own rules and limits; a post may be refused or removed by the network for reasons outside our control, and we show you the error we received. You remain responsible for what is posted to your accounts.

5. Acceptable use

No content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive or against the rules of the network it is posted to. No use of Socialitz to spam, to post identical content across accounts you do not own, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

6. The service

We aim to keep Socialitz up and correct, and we fix faults we are told about. It is provided as it is; we are not liable for lost revenue, lost content on a network, or indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

7. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with notice on this page. You can leave any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

8. Law

Indian law applies; courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
